Please read our Refund & Return Policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Digital Course Policy

All our products and services are digital, including:

  • Online Courses

  • Recorded Sessions

  • Downloadable Materials

  • Digital Notes, PDFs, Templates

As these are delivered electronically, no physical return is applicable.

2. No Refund After Course Access

Once course access, login details, or downloadable content has been shared, refunds will not be issued under any circumstances.

This includes cases such as:

  • Change of mind

  • No longer interested

  • Unable to commit time

  • Technical issues on the student’s side (device, internet)

  • Not liking the teaching style or course format

  • Personal reasons

We strongly recommend reading the course details carefully before purchasing.

3. Refund Eligibility (Special Cases Only)

A refund will only be considered if:

  • The payment was deducted twice

  • The student paid but did not receive course access due to a technical issue from our side

If approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are not applicable if:

  • The student has accessed any part of the course

  • The course has been partially or fully consumed

  • The login/account was blocked due to sharing with others

  • The student violated Terms & Conditions

5. Course Cancellation Policy

  • Once access is given, cancellation is not possible.

  • No partial refund or installment cancellation will be accepted.

6. Course Replacement

  • Course replacement or exchange is not allowed after purchase and access activation.

7. Support for Access Issues

If you face technical issues like:

  • Login error

  • Video not playing

  • Access not received

Our team will assist and resolve the issue as soon as possible.
